Classroom Rental Packages

Our newly remodeled classroom is approximately 1,333 square feet, with a kitchenette and new desks and chairs throughout. Desks can be arranged in any format and accommodate up to 24 students. The classroom includes an Epson VS345 LCD projector (with connectivity to RCA, HDMI, USB, VGA, S-Video, Component, it's compatible with PC & Mac, please bring appropriate adapters for your laptop), with a 20’ x 8’ screen. Also available for teaching and presenting is a Yamaha 5.1 receiver / speakers.

We Offer 3 Rental Packages:

Package A

Classroom Rental

  • Access to our classroom for one business day

  • CAPS will arrange classroom to accommodate preferred layout

  • Classroom will be clean and ready for use, and should be left clean

  • Includes coffee, tea and refreshments

$250

per day

Package B

Classroom Rental with Lunch

  • Access to our classroom for one business day

  • CAPS will arrange classroom to accommodate preferred layout

  • Classroom will be clean and ready for use, and should be left clean

  • Includes coffee, tea and refreshments

  • Includes lunch service provided by The Carving Board with a variety of sandwiches, salad and fresh cookies

$300

per day + lunch cost

Package C

Classroom Rental with Lunch and Staff

  • Access to our classroom for one business day

  • CAPS will arrange classroom to accommodate preferred layout

  • CAPS Staff to clean up after class has completed

  • Includes coffee, tea and refreshments

  • Includes lunch service provided by The Carving Board with a variety of sandwiches, salad and fresh cookies

  • CAPS Staff to assist in checking in clients, and/or assisting navigating the individual needs of the class (to be discussed prior to rental)

$400

per day + lunch cost
